Having lived in Burntwood and Boney Hay most of my life, going to school, working and raising my own family here, I want to serve the people of Burntwood to deliver the change we desperately need. With a lifetime of experience of public service in health, social care and the police service, I have the skills and ambition to push for more investment in our public services and will fight to deliver a better deal for the people of Burntwood. If elected I will represent our townsfolk on Burntwood Town and Lichfield District Councils to get our fair share of resources and to see them spent for the benefit of all. I will work hard to see the infrastructure we so desperately need delivered here in our home town.
I am Di Evans, and I have lived in the ward for 51 years, of which for the last 37 years I have
dedicated myself to helping & representing the good people of Burntwood on the local councils. I
believe Burntwood needs a team of experienced and energetic people that will listen and increase
the community profile of our town that is so desperately needed . As a retired teacher, governor of
2 local schools, I care strongly about the safety and public services that our children use every day
to go to school and return home safely.
